For gencon's requirments for a website... you need a counter to mark the number of people who visit the site.. this marks up once per person per day... anyways... this is posted on the portal frontpage.. inother words.. make sure you set the portal to your favorites and not the forum page.. to make sure the site gets the count for your visit.

there is a counter at the bottom of the main home page (the portal) and for each unique visit per day... it goes up... so im trying to get the number up by making sure ppl go to that page before they go on the forums

Unfortunately we have not found a way to put it onto the "forums" section of the website. I will look into trying to do it be Shenanigans has worked pretty hard and been unable to find a way how.

It should actually be a non-issue if you're using the proper kind of counter. The good ones let you designate which page to count views on. Then the page that actually has the counter on it is irrelevant.
