I tested it. The shit rapes. I've already won a few games because of it. I also found that if you have 2 of them in your hand, there's almost no answer to it.

The only reason that its good IMO is because It's always there when you need it and you don't have to worry about mastery. Try it out a bit more. If you have enough chakra, this card alone can win you games.
