What decks are top tier in your area, at your closest FNM/s? What decks are top tier in Standard right now?

I plan on taking a leap back into the game and this information is critical, as I want to know my average match-ups and possibilities well.

Anybody who plays Magic (looking mainly at you, Zero) should let me know what they think the meta is right now. This information would be most appreciated.
