Are pretty Bad
The best card out of the set is lost world, and Gengar prime shot up to 45 dollars.
Cali Meta seems to be:

Skill Champ
Sp Varient
Vilgar or LostGar

Maybe in Juniors. They are both atrocious. At least Arceus. Charizard sucks but might not be that bad.

Masters sir, Arceus is a good engine because it sets itself up, if skill champ wasn't there it could possibly be tier 1.
And Charizard is a speed deck.
