Ninjas:
Turn Zero
3x Kimmimaro(childhood)
3x Tracking Ninja
3x Sea Monster

Turn One
2x Kabuto(database)
2x Iruka(chibi)

Turn Two
3x Tayuya(cf)
2x Kigiri(ss)

Turn Three
2x Suigetsu

Turn Four
3x Sasuke(stb)

Turn Five
1x Kabuto(researcher)

Turn Six
1x Second Hokage
1x Kakuzu
Missions:
3x Friendship from Sorrow
3x Make out Tactics
3x A Snake Hiding in the dark
1x Invasion of Akatzuki

Jutsus:
3x Chidori Stream
3x Water Prison(chibi)
2x Snake Sword
1x Water Style: Furious Current Jutsu
1x Multiple Stricking Shadow Snake

Clients:
1x Miruko

Breakdown:
0 drops-very standard
1 drops- 2 kabuto is usual, the Iruka is to ensure that I get Miruko which is a main focus in the deck
2 drops- Tayuya is a form of control which is the main focus of the deck. Stopping missions is an important factor in shutting down your opponents deck. This means they cannot draw(unless through tobi), cannot have chakra(unless through handcost or hard charging), and it stops game changing/winning missions such as scouting party, sheltering from the sand, etc. Kigiri helps stop annoying effects like hinabi, flex, and other annoying effects.

3 drops-2 Suigetsu is all that is needed...
4 drops- I chose STB because I feel he is the sasuke with the most field presence as well as the best effect out of every legal 4 drop sasuke.
5 drop- She helps with Sasuke State 2 so that my water prisons cannot be negated and her boost effect helps with winning OVs .
6 drops- Second Hokage is amazing with the new ruling on timing with his effect and Sasuke State 2. I can pick up jutsus like chidori stream for a late field wipe or pick up missions. Also the chakra pick up helps to get back important cards like friendship from sorrows or water prison and to use water prisons when needed. Kakuzu is important for the chakra burn and getting a powerful ninja on turn 7. The 4 four souls is nice to have to use Sasuke’s jutsus such as chidori stream or snake sword.
Jutsu- Chidori stream are standard. Water prison is important for when Sasuke State 2 hits the field to dominate the field. Snake Sword is useful to get rid of everything that chidori stream doesn’t hit. MSSS is interesting tech being my only jutsu that negates something and its good for an unexpected OV and Furious Current is just obviously amazing.
Mission- Everything is usual besides A Snakes Hiding in the Dark. That is used to fuel Tayuya which is a key component in the deck.
Client- Miruko is the probably the most important card in the deck. She stop every current deck and is an amazing tech. I have many ways to get her by mots, iruka, etc making the deck highly consistant and effect in this meta.

You don't have to draw Make-Out because Kabuto gets it.

then if you draw into Miroku, 2 cards in your deck die.
